There’s a narrow lane across from Sivaji Park in Dadar. There’s a house on the corner there, right by the sea. If your luck holds out, you’ll see a bougainvillea plant climbing along a wall, pink flowers and green leaves standing out against the purple sky of a Mumbai evening. And maybe, if your luck really holds out, maybe you’ll see the moon too.
